You are eligible for this refund policy within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must be unused and in the original packaging.

When a refund is initiated, please send your product to Atayeb al Jabal (and not the producer). Once received, we will inspect and notify you on the next steps. If your refund is approved we will process it promptly.

If there were any promotional offers with your product, this may be considered and deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are only available in the form of payment that the original transaction was made. Depending on the reason of the refund, Atayeb al Jabal may cover all or some of the refund costs (this includes the shipping costs). If an item is defective, Atayeb al Jabal will cover the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Atayeb al Jabal also facilitates exchanges and store credit in the case you are not completely satisfied with your order. Although, depending on the shipping costs associated with the exchange, we have the right to limit exchanges only to defective or damaged items.
