  1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
    1. Returns
      1. 1.1. Eligibility and Timeframe
      2. Our return policy allows you to return items within 3 days of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      3. 1.2. Conditions for Eligibility
      4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.

      5. 1.3. Non-Returnable Items

      6. Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

        • Perishable goods (partially consumed food, food with open packaging, expired food).
        • Gift Cards.
        • Discounted Purchases.
        • Free Items with Purchases.
        • Items from Bundle Deals.
        • Flowers or Cards with your purchase during holidays (e.g., Mother’s Day).

      7. 1.4. Additional Non-Returnable Items
        • Products classified as hazardous materials or using flammable liquids or gases.
        • Used or damaged products.
        • Consumable products that have been used.
        • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
        To finalize your return, we need a receipt or some form of proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

    2. Refunds

      2. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet the following criteria:

        • The product is unused, in original unbroken packaging, and includes all tags and labels.

      3. 2.2.Refund Process
      4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed based on the payment method utilized, outlined as follows:

        • For cash-on-delivery transactions, the refund will be processed via online money transfer methods.
        • In the case of credit/debit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card.

      5. 2.3.Refund Exclusions
      6. We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

        • The returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
        • The return was not initiated within the specified timeframe.
        • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
        • The return is for sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).

    3. Exchanges
    4. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or a WhatsApp message on +961 81 963 530 and send your item to HEXA Coworking Soace, The Spot Mall, Choueifat.

    5. Gifts
      1. 4.1. Gift Returns
      2. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      3. 4.2. Non-Gift Returns
      4. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

    6. Shipping
    7. To return your product, you should mail your product to HEXA Coworking Space, The Spot Mall, Choueifat. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS

    5. Sole Remedy
    6. The warranty in clause III.1 will be your sole and exclusive remedy under these Terms of Sale.
